Both homes have back door docks for fishing & parking your boat (boat rentals available). We supply bicycles, fishing poles, beach chairs, toys & towels, coolers, and umbrellas.

Both homes are close to the beach, free fishing pier, gourmet & waterfront restaurants, fast food, grocery supermarkets, and many fun shops to explore and enjoy. Our homes are centrally located, in the heart of South West Florida’s tourist attractions and shopping malls. We purchased Abbie’s Dream after searching for many years and chose it because of the lovely quiet neighborhood it is located in. Yet it is within a 10 minute drive to everything you could possibly need or want. It is our dream come true and we have it supplied for our family to stay and enjoy. Tropical Sunrise is our newest dream house. We purchased this dream house after selling our business in NJ. Our family is growing and we needed more space so we purchased a bigger home to share and enjoy with our family. It is located near “Cape Harbour” with indoor and outdoor restaurants, bars, shops & art galleries and also in a wonderful neighborhood. It has an exceptional dock and water view, our family really enjoys.
